Q: I just placed my order but I need to change my shipping address!

A: If you recently placed an order, but need to change something about it, please contact us using the form below as soon as possible to make sure we can update it before it gets shipped out. Please be sure to include your 4 digit order number that was sent to you in your confirmation email to help us locate your order and make the correction in time!

Q: My order says "Delivered" but it's not here!!!

A: Once it's shipped out, it is in the hands of the postal service, BUT please let us know if you have delivery issues. We want to make sure your Fidget Friendz get home safe and sound. If you are in a huge hurry to track the package down, in the past it has sometimes been helpful for the customer to contact the local office associated with your tracking number (like your local UPS or USPS). Also be sure to check with neighbors for misdeliveries! Still can't find it? Contact us below with your 4 digit order number to get help tracking it down!
